You're right. Oral-b brush heads are smallish, geared toward brushing one tooth at a time, and as you state, even one side of each tooth at a time.

We generally hold a low regard for both Sonicare and Oral-b as companies. They could just sell their brushes on their merits (because they have good products) but for whatever reason have chosen not to. They feel they must stretch the truth so to make their brushes look better (or actually, just better than the competing brand). It's a shame that these two companies couldn't tone it down and instead of spending so much money on advertising campaigns would put that money into providing cheaper, more reliable toothbrushes.
