You don't really mention the time frame involved between taking the antibiotic and the appearance of the white coloration you notice. We're assuming they're somewhat coincident.

It's possible that what you see is a fungal overgrowth termed Candidiasis (oral thrush). Sometimes taking a medication like an antibiotic disturbs the normal balance of microorganisms in your mouth, and this fungus becomes the dominant organism in the area.
