a) Information collected via email.

Email correspondence.

From time to time, persons may choose to send unsolicited email to our site. Each letter is read, and depending on the nature of its contents, an email response may be returned. While a copy of each letter is frequently documented by printing it out and placing it in our files, none of the information found in the letter, including the sender's email address and identity, is retained by WMDS, Inc. for any other purposes, or shared with anyone outside of WMDS, Inc.

Emails with attached images.

Some website visitors, at their choosing, email to pictures showing their smile and teeth. And at our discretion, we may choose to edit these images as a way of illustrating the types of cosmetic changes a dentist might possibly make. All images submitted become the property of WMDS, Inc. who has the right to reproduce, modify, and publish the image. The information found in the email letter itself, including the sender's email address and identity, is printed out for our files but is not otherwise retained or utilized by WMDS, Inc. for any purposes, or shared with anyone outside of WMDS, Inc.

b) Information collected in's log files.

Our web server's operating system creates log files documenting the information requested from our website server by's visitors. This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp. We may choose to analyze this log information so to evaluate the movements of our site's users, site usage trends, and to gather broad demographic information about visitors to our site. IP addresses, etc... are not linked to personally identifiable information. We may share aggregated demographic information with our partners and advertisers, but this information is not linked to any personally identifiable data.

c) Cookies and other tracking methods.

WMDS, Inc., the owner of this Site (, does not itself use cookies (or similar or associated methods) to track and collect information about website visitors. However, companies that WMDS, Inc. and the Site are affiliated with do. The following paragraphs explain how.

This Site is affiliated with AdThrive, LLC (“AdThrive”), Google, Inc.,, Inc. and Walmart Inc. for the purposes of placing advertising on the Site. and affiliate links.

Currently, advertisements shown on the Site that are associated with WMDS, Inc.'s direct accounts with Walmart and Amazon are links only (they simply direct Site visitors to the websites of these companies). And as such, these advertisements do not collect any Site visitor information.

AdThrive and Google advertising.

These companies use standard and widely-available tools for the placement and serving of ads, including those provided by their affiliates. Collectively, these companies publish interest-based advertisements on the Site; that is, ads that are tailored to reflect your interests. To help understand your interests, AdThrive, Google and their advertising partners will track your behaviour on our website and on other websites across the Internet using cookies.

A cookie is a file containing an identifier (a string of letters and numbers) that is sent by a web server to a web browser and is stored by the browser.
